ZCHF MiCA White Paper (iXBRL)

This white paper was prepared to support the admission to trading of ZCHF on the Kraken trading platform, a decentralised overcollateralised crypto-asset. It describes ZCHF’s issuance within the Frankencoin protocol through smart contract-based collateralisation mechanisms, its use as a means of payment and store of value, and its classification outside MiCA Titles II, III, and IV pursuant to Recital 22. The paper also includes disclosures on the admission to trading, associated risks, and sustainability indicators.
