LION MICA White Paper

This MiCA-compliant white paper, published by the MiCA Crypto Alliance, presents an analysis of the Loaded Lions: Mane City Game and its token, LION. It combines legal precision with technical insight to examine the project’s architecture and token functionalities, together with its classification as an OTH non-utility crypto-asset under MiCA Title II. The paper also includes disclosures on the admission to trading, associated risks, and sustainability indicators.

In accordance with Article 12(2) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, the MiCA white paper for LION has been re-notified to the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) to reflect the following corrections:

Update to the financial condition disclosure (A.17).
Update to the token functionalities, with particular regard to the DAO governance framework (F.2/G.1/G.2/G.3).
Correction of the Digital Token Identifier (F.13).
Update of the white paper format to iXBRL.
