This is a report from the Madrid 2.0 DARTE roundtable, held at the historic Palacio de Santoña. Organised by BlackVogel and Siedler Legal in collaboration with MiCA Crypto Alliance, and supported by the European Commission, Project Catalyst, MERGE Madrid, Sumsub, and TRM Labs, it explores the practical challenges of implementing MiCAR across borders, strengthening market abuse controls, and classifying emerging assets such as liquid staking tokens.
