The MiCA Crypto Alliance is pleased to welcome SEDA as a new member of the Alliance. Through this collaboration, the Alliance supported the review and conversion of SEDA’s crypto-asset white paper to iXBRL, alongside the preparation of MiCA-aligned sustainability disclosures to help ensure clear, transparent, and standardised documentation under the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation.

About SEDA

SEDA is a programmable oracle network built to connect on-chain applications with application-specific data feeds. Its infrastructure is designed to provide flexible and configurable access to external data across multiple blockchain ecosystems, enabling developers and infrastructure providers to support a broad range of use cases.

By focusing on adaptable data delivery and cross-chain interoperability, SEDA contributes to the growing infrastructure layer supporting decentralised applications and digital asset markets.

Why this collaboration matters

As MiCA establishes harmonised disclosure obligations for crypto-assets seeking admission to trading within the European Union, the quality and consistency of supporting documentation becomes increasingly important for issuers, infrastructure providers, and market participants.

Through this collaboration, the MiCA Crypto Alliance supported the notification of the white paper to the Malta Financial Services Authority and will continue working with SEDA to strengthen the clarity and regulatory alignment of its white paper and sustainability disclosures. This includes supporting documentation practices that improve comparability, transparency, and readiness under the evolving EU regulatory framework.

“Working with the MiCA Crypto Alliance gave us a clear path through the disclosure requirements for our white paper and sustainability documentation, and their support with the XBRL conversion streamlined the submission process while helping us meet the applicable XBRL technical requirements. Regulatory clarity is foundational for infrastructure that other builders rely on, and this collaboration helped us get there.” — SEDA

Looking ahead

We look forward to working closely with SEDA as part of the Alliance’s broader mission to support practical MiCA implementation and strengthen disclosure standards across the digital asset ecosystem.
