MiCA Crypto Alliance Releases the STONKBROKER MiCA White Paper

The MiCA Crypto Alliance announces the notification of the STONKBROKER MiCA White Paper, prepared and submitted by the Alliance in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114.
The white paper has been drafted following MiCA Title II requirements and supports the planned admission to trading of STONKBROKER, the ERC-20 crypto-asset of the StonkBrokers ecosystem on Robinhood Chain. It is another Robinhood Chain token for which the Alliance has prepared a MiCA white paper, as part of its work supporting projects across blockchain ecosystems in meeting their MiCA obligations.
Admission to trading would allow existing holders to trade STONKBROKER on regulated EU platforms. It is intended to be listed on Bitvavo, Bitstamp and Kraken and to support price discovery and secondary-market liquidity.
Key Highlights from the White Paper
- STONKBROKER is a fungible, transferable ERC-20 crypto-asset deployed on Robinhood Chain and used within the StonkBrokers ecosystem, developed and operated by the issuer, SB (BVI) Ltd.
- Classified as a crypto-asset other than an asset-referenced or e-money token under MiCA Title II, but not as a utility token.
- Total supply is fixed at 2,391,908,656.722 units. The token contract has no function to mint more, although supply can decrease through burning.
- Used to acquire StonkBrokers NFTs through the Anvil automated market maker and to pay fees to activate and upgrade them in the rewards programme. Under the current configuration, half of each activation fee is burned.
- Holding STONKBROKER confers no equity, ownership, corporate voting, dividend, profit-sharing or repayment rights. Governance functions planned for future phases are protocol-level and carry no corporate rights.

About StonkBrokers
StonkBrokers is a crypto-asset project built on Robinhood Chain, developed and operated by SB (BVI) Ltd. At its centre is a fully minted collection of 4,444 StonkBrokers NFTs, each linked to its own ERC-6551 token-bound account, and the STONKBROKER token used across the ecosystem.
Holders use STONKBROKER to acquire NFTs through the Anvil NFT AMM and to activate them for the StonkBrokers rewards programme. Around that core, the ecosystem includes the Stonk Launcher for token launches, the Safety Deposit Box for locking liquidity, and Special Projects, an incubator for independent teams building on Robinhood Chain. It also includes the Stonk Exchange for decentralised trading, which runs on infrastructure from a separate third-party exchange called ‘up’. More information is available at stonkbrokers.cash.
Supporting Projects on Robinhood Chain
STONKBROKER is the latest token on Robinhood Chain to receive a MiCA white paper from the Alliance, following the PONS MiCA White Paper prepared earlier this year. Robinhood Chain launched its public mainnet on 1 July 2026 as an Ethereum Layer 2 designed for tokenised real-world assets. STONKBROKER is a separate crypto-asset on that chain and is not one of Robinhood’s Stock Tokens. The Alliance works with projects on Robinhood Chain and across other blockchain ecosystems to meet their MiCA obligations, from white paper drafting through to submission.
Regulatory Context
The MiCA white paper sets out what STONKBROKER is, what it does not give its holders, and the risks that come with it. Sustainability data follows the Alliance’s methodology, developed under Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/422.
Disclosure Support
The MiCA Crypto Alliance supports issuers, offerors, CASPs, QCATPs, and ecosystem participants across major blockchain architectures and ecosystems in meeting MiCA, and now UK FCA, regulatory requirements efficiently and transparently. Our work combines legal analysis, technical review, and standardised sustainability reporting to deliver compliant disclosure documents, in iXBRL or other format, designed to support regulatory notification and admission to trading processes.
