April 6, 2026

The MiCA Crypto Alliance is pleased to announce the release of the $WYND Utility Token MiCA White Paper, prepared with assistance from the Alliance and published by WYND Capital GmbH in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. The white paper has been reviewed against MiCA Title II requirements and includes standardised ESG data and iXBRL conversion. It supports the public offer of the $WYND token under BaFin jurisdiction.

Key Highlights from the White Paper

  • $WYND is classified as a utility token under MiCA Title II as a crypto-asset other than an asset-referenced token or e-money token (OTHR)
  • The token functions as a digital access and booking instrument within the WYND ecosystem, enabling participation in travel, concierge, and future mobility services
  • Total supply is fixed at 100,000,000 tokens, with no inflationary mechanisms or additional issuance, and allocations enforced through smart contracts
  • $WYND provides access-based utility including service booking, a fixed 15% discount when used for payments, and membership tiers unlocked through staking, without generating financial returns
  • Holding $WYND does not confer ownership, profit participation, redemption rights, or claims against the issuer or any underlying assets
  • Sustainability disclosures include energy consumption, GHG emissions, and environmental indicators calculated in accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/422 using the Alliance’s standardised, peer-based estimation methodology
