The methodology establishes a reproducible rules-based algorithm for white paper benchmarking based on CIR 2024/2984 and CDR 2025/421 formal compliance, CDR 2025/422 conformance, and XBRL taxonomy adherence under the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation.
