Dr. Clara Guerra is a distinguished leader in digital finance and emerging technologies, currently serving as the Director of the Office for Financial Market Innovation and Digitalisation (SFID) within the Liechtenstein Government.
In this role, she spearheads strategic initiatives that drive digital transformation, while pragmatically addressing associated risks and ensuring alignment between government regulations and industry innovations in the financial market and emerging technologies.
